-Male / Female, Thai nationality
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management with five or more years of related experience.
- Previous hospitality experience at a luxury hotel at least 5 years to Management and/or supervisory Guest Services experience.
-Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
-Excellent guest service skills, guest-oriented and service-minded
-Strong communication, service and leadership skills.
-Open-minded and flexible with a can-do attitude.
-Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, knowledge of OPERA is an advantage)
-Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Hotel.
